(Ad-lib:
Hallelujah!
Praise
the
Lord!)
Today
we
celebrate
the
legends
of
the
classroom
Teachers,
you
are
the
light,
you
are
the
salt
of
the
earth
From
the
gates
of
Chrisland
High
School
Lekki
To
the
noble
halls
where
knowledge
finds
its
home
You
build
the
future
with
every
steady
word
you
speak
Guiding
the
young
ones
so
they’
ll
never
roam
Like
the
wisdom
of
Wole
Soyinka,
you
set
the
pace
Like
the
patience
of
Mandela,
you
show
us
grace
Every
lesson
is
a
seed
that
you
sow
in
love
Reflecting
the
light
that
comes
from
God
above
Oh,
Chrisland
teachers,
you
are
the
gold
standard
Planting
the
truth,
pushing
the
future
forward
With
a
heart
of
service,
you
lift
the
nation
high
You
are
the
stars
that
shine
in
the
Lekki
sky
Yes,
you
are
the
heroes,
standing
strong
and
tall
We
bless
your
labor,
we
celebrate
you
all
Whether
in
the
lab
or
the
library
floor
You
open
up
the
mind,
you
open
every
door
Like
Confucius
taught,
like
Amina
Mohammed
leads
You’
re
shaping
character
through
all
your
noble
deeds
It’
s
a
calling,
not
just
a
job,
you
do
it
with
soul
Helping
every
student
reach
their
highest
goal
When
the
days
are
long
and
the
curriculum
is
deep
Your
dedication
is
a
harvest
that
we’
ll
surely
reap
Oh,
Chrisland
teachers,
you
are
the
gold
standard
Planting
the
truth,
pushing
the
future
forward
With
a
heart
of
service,
you
lift
the
nation
high
You
are
the
stars
that
shine
in
the
Lekki
sky
Yes,
you
are
the
heroes,
standing
strong
and
tall
We
bless
your
labor,
we
celebrate
you
all (
Ad-lib:
Glory!
You
too
much
Papa!)
For
every
late
night
of
marking
and
care
For
every
student
finding
strength
in
prayer
Your
impact
echoes
through
the
halls
of
time
Like
a
mountain
melody,
like
a
rhythm
sublime (
Ad-lib:
Holy
Ghost
fire!)
May
your
own
children
flourish
like
the
trees
May
your
testimonies
grow
with
the
breeze
So
here
at
Chrisland
Lekki,
we
raise
a
joyful
sound
For
the
wisdom
and
the
discipline
that
you
have
found
To
every
mentor,
to
every
guide,
to
every
friend
Your
reward
is
coming,
it
shall
have
no
end
Be
inspired,
be
lifted,
keep
walking
in
the
light
You
are
the
morning,
you
are
the
future
bright
Oh,
Chrisland
teachers,
you
are
the
gold
standard
Planting
the
truth,
pushing
the
future
forward
With
a
heart
of
service,
you
lift
the
nation
high
You
are
the
stars
that
shine
in
the
Lekki
sky
Yes,
you
are
the
heroes,
standing
strong
and
tall
We
bless
your
labor,
we
celebrate
you
all (
Ad-lib:
Amen!
Hallelujah!)
We
celebrate
you,
Chrisland
teachers
From
Lekki
to
the
world,
your
light
will
shine
God
bless
your
hands,
God
bless
your
heart
You
are
the
heroes,
yes
you
are
the
best (
Ad-lib:
Praise
the
Lord!)
