Every
time
you
post
a
job,
the
requirement
is: “5
years
of
experience.” “10
years
of
experience.” “
Must
have
experience.”
But
let
me
ask
one
simple
question:
WHERE
DOES
THAT
EXPERIENCE
COME
FROM?
If
every
company
only
wants
experienced
workers,
who
is
going
to
give
the
new
generation
the
opportunity
to
become
experienced?
Someone
has
to
give
them
their
first
job.
Someone
has
to
give
them
their
first
opportunity.
Someone
has
to
say, “
Come
in,
let
me
see
what
you
can
do.”
There
are
young
technicians,
welders,
electricians,
mechanics,
fabricators,
and
engineers
with
real
talent,
passion,
discipline
and
the
willingness
to
learn,
but
they
are
being
rejected
simply
because
they
don't
have
enough
years
on
their
CV.
PLEASE
GIVE
THEM
A
CHANCE.
You
don't
have
to
keep
them
if
they
cannot
meet
the
standard.
Give
them
an
opportunity
to
prove
themselves.
Test
their
practical
skills.
Put
them
under
supervision.
Train
them
where
necessary.
If
they
cannot
do
the
job,
then
you
have
your
answer.
But
don't
reject
someone
before
they
even
get
the
opportunity
to
show
you
what
they
can
do.
Every
experienced
worker
was
once
inexperienced.
Every
expert
was
once
a
beginner.
Every
professional
once
needed
someone
to
open
the
first
door.
So,
to
every
company
hiring
today:
Don't
only
hire
experience.
Help
create
experience.
Give
someone
their
first
opportunity,
and
you
might
discover
a
talent
that
could
become
one
of
your
company's
most
valuable
workers
tomorrow.
EXPERIENCE
DOESN'T
JUST
APPEAR.
SOMEONE
HAS
TO
GIVE
PEOPLE
THE
OPPORTUNITY
TO
EARN
IT. #
